Description
It is a product, technically at the van, thanks to its new formulation. Made to respect the natural equilibrium of the hair and of the ambient. Blue balance is, delicate with the hair, because it contains special natural substances, to make voluminous and bright hair, easy to comb. Formulated at 70°, it does not wet: and dries quickly. Available in the types: Normal (blue) - Strong (red). Direction: spray at the distance of 30 cm.This product contains only active ingredients, so, the quantity used has to be less than a traditional laquer (about 1/3).
